2015-41: Challenged an individual to a fight and assaulted him by throwing him to the ground. Was discourteous and used profanity. Failed to properly report the incident and failed to submit a Use of Force form. Failed to check on the individual's injuries or provide him with emergency services. (Pursuant to grievance process, dicharge reduced to a 30-day suspension.)
