Failed to immediately report the motor vehicle collision (MVC) when he witnessed the suspect vehicle veer off the roadway. Failed to stop and immediately render aid to injured persons and failed to preserve the crime scene. Fled from the scene of the MVC, which resulted in serious bodily injury.
