25-021: Engaged in an inappropriate, intimate relationship with a 17-year-old juvenile. Concealed the juvenile's whereabouts when informed that she was not permitted to be in his custody and later provided false information to a supervisor when he said he had not been with a juvenile. Accessed the HPD Case Report System (CRS) on numerous occasions and shared confidential police information without justification. Was partial and unprofessional when he used his suhtority as a police officer to actively investigate, detain, and arrest two indivuduals. Upon being assigned to handle a Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree case, he failed to immediately notify his supervisor of his relationship with the victim. Upon being informed by the victim that false and/or inaccurate infrmation was provided regarding the facts and circumstances involved in the arrest of an individual, he failed to submit a follow-up incident report and/or make the appropriate notifications because of his relationahop with the victim.
