2021-001: Was involved in a physical confrontation with the complainant, causing pain and injury. Harassed and/or acted inappropriately when he continued to approach and argue with the complainant after she told him to leave her alone. Sent numerous text messages to the complainant that were demeaning and/or manipulative. Criminal Conduct Initiated: Abuse of Family or Household Members Criminal Property Damage in the Third Degree
