Honolulu Police Misconduct

25-003: Entered and remained in the victim's residence without her permission. Took her cellular phone away to prevent her from calling the police. Drove by her residence in an HPD vehicle and used a work computer to obtain personal contact information and to check on the victim for nonwork-related purposes. Criminal Conudct Initiated: Burglary in the First Degree, Interference with Reporting an Emergency or Crime.
