25-024: During a motor vehcile collision (MVC) investigation, he used a body-worn camera (BWC) that was not assigned to him. Failed to activate the BWC upon his arrival at the scene and dactivated the BWC before the MVC investigation was concluded or as directed by a supervisor. Failed to remain impartial during an MVC investigation because it involved an HPD officer. Failed to conduct a complete and thorough MVC investigation and failed to submit the proper MVC form by the end of his work shift.
