25-027: Failed to operate his HPD fleet vehcile in a safe and prudent manner when he disregarded a red light signal, causing a motor vehicle collision (MVC) with an electric vehcile. Used his mobile electronic device outside the performance and scope of his official duties and failed to illuminate his blue rooftop light. Was smoking while on duty and operating an HPD fleet vehicle. Croninal Conduct Initiated: Negligent Injury in the First Degree, Negligent Injury in the Second Degree
