25-013: Texted comments about an individual that were unprofessional and discriminatory. failed to activate his body-worn camera (BWC) or document his failure to activate his BWC during his encounter with the arrestee. Was unprofessional and discriminatory when he failed to notify his supervisor that the arrest did not fall with the Waikƒ´kƒ´ Safe and Sound criteria, resulting in a higher bail for the arrestee. Used his work computer while off duty to make checks of the arrestee accessing his personal information without justification.

25-021: Engaged in an inappropriate, intimate relationship with a 17-year-old juvenile. Concealed the juvenile's whereabouts when informed that she was not permitted to be in his custody and later provided false information to a supervisor when he said he had not been with a juvenile. Accessed the HPD Case Report System (CRS) on numerous occasions and shared confidential police information without justification. Was partial and unprofessional when he used his suhtority as a police officer to actively investigate, detain, and arrest two indivuduals. Upon being assigned to handle a Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree case, he failed to immediately notify his supervisor of his relationship with the victim. Upon being informed by the victim that false and/or inaccurate infrmation was provided regarding the facts and circumstances involved in the arrest of an individual, he failed to submit a follow-up incident report and/or make the appropriate notifications because of his relationahop with the victim.
