2021-012: Made detrimental statements against Honolulu Police Department personnel and operations. Was insubordinate when he failed to follow a verbal order. Revealed the aforementioned detrimental statements and/or confidential information regarding past and current administrative investigations to entities outside of the department without authorization to do so.
