25-025: Failed to operate his subsidized vehicle in a safe and prudent manner when he collided into a motorcycle, causing injury to the motorcycle operator. Failed to immediately inform police dispatch about the motor vehcivle collision (MVC). Was untruthful about the cause of the MVC, resulting in inaccurate information being entered into the MVC reports. Failed to provide a written statement to officers or investigators. Failed to return to the scene of the MVC to provide a statement or information to the Traffic Division Investigators for a thoroough investigation to be conudcted.
