2022-016: Failed to report and/or document an incident truthfully after witnessing and/or becoming aware of an officer pushing an arrestee head first into a shelving unit and/or striking the arrestee in the face. Was untruthful and/or falsified his police report when he wrote a false statement regarding how the arrestee sustained injuries. Failed to intervene and/or take appropriate action during the entire incident due to being partial to the officer.
