2019-12: Staged the burglary of his residence and burnt his vehicle in an attempt to collect an insurance payment. Made a false police report and collected an insurance payment due to a fraudulent claim. Criminal Conduct Initiated: Insurance Fraud Theft False Reporting to Law-Enforcement Authorities (Prosecutors not notified because state Attorney General handled investigation.)
