24-006: Failed to make notifications and take appropriate action. Failed to immediately investigate a report of an individual needing assistance on police property. Abandoned her post and/or left it unstaffed without any justification and/or without being properly relieved. Provided untruthful and/or incorrect statements during the administrative investigation.
