25-020: Operated his vehicle on a public roadway and/or highway without valid motor vehicle insurance. Filed a false insurance claim for damages to his vehicle, indicating that he was involved in a motor vehicle collision (MVC) on June 29, 2022 when the damges on his vehicle were incurred during an unreported MVC on June 25, 2022 while his vehcile was uninsured.
