Was untruthful and/or falsified the Daily Attendance Reports. Acted inappropriately when he failed to indicate his work time on the Daily Attendance Reports. Allowed other presonnel to falsify the Daily Atendance Reports to indicate and/or falsely attest to the hours he worked.
