2016-41: Was involved in a verbal and physical altercation with the complainant after a motor vehicle collision. Was disrespectful toward a superior officer. Criminal Conduct Initiated: Assault in the Third Degree Criminal Property Damage in the Second Degree Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree Unauthorized Entry Into Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (Pursuant to the grievance process, officer resigned in lieu of discharge.)
