2021-004: Conspired to have another officer submit a falsified police report in an attempt to have an item released to an individual who was not the finder/reporting person. Was untruthful to Honolulu Police Department personnel and knowingly falsified his police report. Attempted to log into another officer's departmental account. Criminal Conduct Initiated: Tampering With a Government Record
