2016-46: While off duty, collided into a center median guardrail. Did not stop, and failed to inform police dispatch. Operated his subsidized vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. Was untruthful during the investigation. Was not in possession of his driver's license. Refused to submit to a breath, blood or urine test.
